FAMCare for adult human services case management is web-based software that helps providers and agencies who serve to protect the health and welfare of persons age 18 years or older.
Cases involving disabled adults, adults who suffer from mental illness, substance abuse and/or domestic violence and abuse can all be managed within the FAMCare® platform.
Tracked Services
Services that are tracked include investigation of reports of domestic violence or abuse, neglect and/or exploitation; substance abuse and addiction; protective placement; caregiver services; and legal services, such as filing for guardianship/conservatorship.
