Our training program is arranged to equip you with the necessary knowledge allowing you leverage FAMCare to its fullest – in the shortest amount of time. The individual sessions and weekly assignments have been carefully organized to ensure your team is up to speed – so at the time of launch, there is never any downtime.
As you become a client, you are assigned a training "coach" who will work closely with you during your first 4-6 weeks of working with FAMCare. This is called the "Preparation Period" where you are introduced to the world of FAMCare, During this our clients get an overall sense of how the system works, how the forms interact, how to configure the data points and begin to add and manage new clients in your new information system so you can see how the system fits into your present business model and work flow. Our goal is to work with you during your team and teach you how leverage FAMCare to your best advantage.
