Organizations That Use FAMCare

What Types of Organizations use FAMCare?

All types of human and social services organizations are using one of the top configurable and arguably, the most flexible case management platform - FAMCare.  And, because of its ease of scalability, organizations from small providers with a handful of users - all the way up to State agencies with thousands of users can leverage our high-performance web-based information system.

See how you can relate to any of these providers and how they are using FAMCare:

  • A Florida agency uses FAMCare to register and track about 500 clients daily for their food bank and grocery cost share program.  Dealing with a homeless and often multi-ethnic population causes them some problems with the spelling of names, but the system tracks the alias’ and returns spelling matches that are close.

  • In Georgia a small residential facility for substance abuse women go through a program, clean up their lives and eventually are reunited with their families.  They learn to break both the cycle of abuse and substance abuse.  The facility provides a trade and schooling for those who want to go beyond.

  • A Chicago center utilizes FAMCare to provide case management services for a mom/baby program; post adoption services; post adoption and guardian respite and an advocacy shelter.

  • In Detroit there is a high secure detention facility that utilizes FAMCare software to assess youth, track placements and monitor admissions, behaviors and releases.

  • In Atlanta, a counseling center provides services to children and families to keep them out of residential centers, detention and foster care.  Most of the clinicians are monitoring in home detention, truancy issues, family issues or other crisis issues.

  • Refugees and immigrants are helped in Virginia by a group affiliated with the US Department of Health and Human Services.  Information is exported via web services to HHS on statistics regarding new refugees and/or immigrants to the U.S.

  • Near St. Louis, MO, a residential facility is taking the troubled mental health youth that fail out of other facilities and giving them a second chance at being a youth.  Many of the youth are being treated for mental health issues and hurts.  Some youth are at the facility because their family is homeless and they have nowhere else to go.  FAMCare case management is utilized to capture the data elements necessary for reporting to the mental health agency, United Way and other grant funders.
